2. Tell the Story and the Information/circumstances of the case
3 ..Explain Precedent cases; info and decisions
4. State 3 Arguments for A (other side)
5. Make 3 Arguments or more for B (your side!)

Conclusion: Why should your side win this case? Review the real supreme court ruling; What did the justices say?; how did they vote and why? Do you agree or disagree with them? Why? How does their decision affect your family, students, health, schools, etc.?
